1. Scope

These terms apply to the evilunicorn.fi website and its services, such as the found-item reporting service and the contact form. The service is provided by Evil Unicorn Oy (Business ID 3314508-9, Iivisniemenkatu 2, 02260 Espoo, Finland). By using the site you accept these terms.

2. Use of the site

You may only use the site lawfully. Do not use the forms to send spam, harmful or offensive content, or other people’s personal data without their permission. We may block misuse and remove inappropriate messages.

3. Found-item reporting service

Our company property carries stickers with a five-digit ID. You can use the found-item report to tell us about an item you have found.

• Submitting a report is voluntary and free of charge.
• A found item remains the property of Evil Unicorn Oy. Please do not try to unlock, use or wipe any devices.
• Please do not include sensitive personal data in your report.
• You can always hand the item in to the police or a lost property office instead.
• We do not promise a finder’s reward unless required by law.

4. Intellectual property

The site content and the Evil Unicorn name and logo belong to Evil Unicorn Oy. They may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

5. Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. We aim to keep it available and its information up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

6. Changes

We may change these terms. The current version is always available on this page.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Your rights under mandatory consumer protection law always remain unaffected.
